Jim Allen’s area of expertise focuses on providing sound real estate solutions for the needs and requirements clients for the Healthcare Community along the West Coast of Florida. He works closely with owners, users, investors, managers, administrators, facility planning and real estate departments, physicians, and developers to maximize value and to secure cost-effective facility solutions.

His clients typically face issues of growth, consolidation, technology or equipment changes, facility functional obsolescence, inflexible landlords, demographic change for staff and or patients and new hospital initiatives/competition. Clients also face purchase or lease, escalating operating and occupancy costs, parking issues and frequently require non-typical or specialized build-out.

Keys to his success have been his ability to listen and understand his clients’ requirements and motivations and the ability to negotiate sound economic as well as creative solutions. Jim has an in-depth knowledge of the office and medial submarkets, financing sources, the development process and an unrelenting determination and persistence to complete an assignment by serving the client’s best interest.
