Jim Allen’s area of expertise focuses on providing sound real estate solutions for the needs and requirements of the Tampa Bay Medical and Healthcare community. He works closely with owners, users, investors, managers, administrators, facility planning and real estate departments, physicians, and developers to maximize value and to secure cost effective facility solutions.

His clients typically face issues of growth, consolidation, technology or equipment changes, facility functional obsolescence, inflexible landlords, demographic change for staff and or patients and new hospital initiatives / competition. Clients also face purchase or lease decisions, escalating operating and occupancy costs, parking issues and frequently require non-typical or specialized build-out.

Keys to his success have been his ability to listen and understand his clients’ requirements and motivations and the ability to negotiate sound economic as well as creative solutions. Jim has an in-depth knowledge of the office and medical sub-markets, financing sources, the development process and an unrelenting determination and persistence to complete an assignment by serving the client’s best interest.

With over 2.8 million square feet of Medical/Healthcare related Build-to-Suits, Tenant Representation, Agency Leasing and Facility and Site Acquisition and Disposition experience, Jim is uniquely qualified to serve and assist medical and healthcare owners, tenants and investors, with their real estate requirements on a local, regional and national basis.

With over 19 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Expert, Juan’s focus is on Office, Life Science, and Healthcare Brokerage Tenant Representation, Multi-Market Representation, Negotiation Strategies, Financial Analysis and Documentation Management. Juan represents some of the largest medical companies in the Tampa Bay area, and leases over 800,000 square feet of class A, MOB space for 4 major healthcare REITS, Duke, HCR, Healthcare Realty, and HCP. Juan’s expertise in these areas greatly enhances his ability to assess his client’s needs while providing solutions that meet their real estate requirements with their overall business strategy.

Just several of his accomplishments include a 277,000 rsf renewal of TECO plaza, the Florida Cancer Research Lease expansions in Clermont, the Gulf Coast Orthopedic ASC Lease Back of 50,120 rsf, and helping Women’s Care of Florida acquire 3 new properties.
